Capture Flash video and RTSP/MMS streams

It is a small program (just under 30Kb large zip file)
and a very easy to use. No installation required.
WebVideoCap save it's settings in a cfg file (WebVideoCap.cfg)

Version 1.27:
Main dialog-box is now resizable.

Version 1.26:
Fixed bug: WebVideoCap failed to capture .flv files properly if there was
more than one .flv file in the same http connection. (like in ABC News
site)

Added support for .swf files.

Version 1.20:
Added in 'Advanced Options': 'Keep the captured files opened until the
capture is finished'.

Added error messages when the starting the capture process fails.
