Usenet Improvement Project: http://improve-usenet.org/ Orca is an ongoing effort to duplicate (roughly) Avant using the gecko engine instead of the IE engine. It appears to be nearing a final version. I've been using it for a couple of weeks with virtually no hassle. It is much faster than even Avant which is usually considered to be fast. My only real complaints are that Roboform is not *yet* available for Orca, that I'm having occasional difficulties making it *stick* as default browser, and that my usual download managers don't work with it. Actually, though, I rather like its built-in downloader. I expect to happily adopt whatever is produced next month. See: http://www.orcabrowser.com/
